<![CDATA[**Brien Celebrates 70 Years of Maple Expertise as It Begins a New Chapter**

**Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle, September 3, 2026** – From a small family-run maple operation in Quebec’s Eastern Townships to a company specializing in processing and manufacturing of value-added maple products, Brien is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year.

Since 1956, Brien has evolved alongside Quebec’s maple industry, a sector deeply rooted in the province’s identity. Over seven decades, production methods have modernized, markets have expanded, and maple products have found their way to consumers and manufacturers around the world.

Brien has grown alongside the industry, evolving its processes, production capacity and product offering while building on expertise passed down through generations of employees and families since 1956. Today, Caroline Bordeleau and Philippe Charest-Beaudry, co-presidents and co-owners, are carrying that expertise forward after taking over the company with a commitment to growing it for decades to come.

**70 Years of Evolution**

From its beginnings in 1956 to the company it is today, Brien’s story has been shaped by generations of builders, employees and partners who have contributed to its growth.

Today, Brien employs approximately 30 people and sources from more than 100 maple producers to serve customers in some 15 countries. Over the past five years, the company has tripled its production volume, supported by sustained investments in automation, production capacity and the digitalization of its operations. These investments are supporting growth driven by the evolving needs of its customers, from retailers to food manufacturers seeking new applications for maple.

This growth also reflects the evolution of a sector that now plays an important role in Quebec’s agri-food industry, with products reaching markets well beyond Quebec’s borders and extending far beyond the traditional bottle of maple syrup.

“_First and foremost, this 70th anniversary belongs to the people who built Brien before us, in some cases spanning three or four generations, including summer students who return year after year. Philippe and I didn’t inherit this company; we took it on with the responsibility of growing what others built before us._”

– **Caroline Bordeleau, Co-President and Co-Owner**

**Deeply Rooted in Its Community**

Throughout its growth, Brien has remained deeply connected to its roots and to the community that has been part of its journey. As it celebrates its 70th anniversary, the company also wishes to recognize the many people who have shaped its story over the generations, including its employees, producers, partners, customers and others who have contributed to its success.

On September 17, Brien will bring together employees, partners and members of its community to officially celebrate this milestone and recognize the contributions of the generations who have played a role in the company’s development.

**70 Years of History, with an Eye to the Future**

For Brien, this anniversary is as much an opportunity to celebrate how far the company has come as it is to look ahead.

In the years ahead, Brien plans to continue its growth by focusing on new value-added applications, exploring what maple can become for its customers and expanding into new markets, while continuing to find new ways to transform and add value to maple beyond syrup.

Brien is seeing growing interest from both retailers expanding their maple product categories and food manufacturers looking for new applications. The company intends to continue drawing on its technical expertise in maple to support this evolution and help bring Quebec know-how to markets at home and abroad.

“_The next 20 years won’t simply be a continuation of the last 70; they will be a new chapter. Our role is to make sure our customers, whether retailers or manufacturers, can rely on maple as a consistent, predictable ingredient that is ready for their projects, regardless of scale._”

– **Philippe Charest-Beaudry, Co-President and Co-Owner**

**About Brien**

<![CDATA[A distribution agreement with BTG Intelligence will enable SET™to expand its presence in Central and Northern Ontario and strengthen its connections with healthcare professionals in these regions.

**Montréal, August 31, 2026** - SET™is taking another step forward in its growth in Ontario by partnering with BTG Intelligence, a company led by Marcos Rodrigues. Under this agreement, BTG Intelligence becomes a distributor of SET™in Central and Northern Ontario.

This collaboration will create new connections with healthcare professionals and clinical settings in these regions, helping to raise awareness of the home electrotherapy solutions offered by SET™, including transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES).

Building a Strong Local Presence

For SET™, developing its Ontario network means establishing a presence closer to healthcare professionals and gaining a strong understanding of the realities specific to each region.

As the owner of BTG Intelligence, a senior physiotherapist and healthcare strategy consultant, Marcos Rodrigues brings experience spanning clinical practice, professional development and an understanding of organizational challenges in healthcare. His knowledge of the healthcare landscape and his approach centred on the needs of professionals and patients will contribute to SET™’s growth across his territory.

“We want to expand our presence in Ontario by working with partners who know their communities andunderstand the realities healthcare professionals face,” said Frederic Forget, Business Development Director at SET™. “Marcos’s experience, his understanding of the local landscape and his collaborative approach make BTG Intelligence a natural partner as we continue to grow in Central and Northern Ontario.”

Solutions That Extend Support Beyond the Clinic

For more than 30 years, SET™has supported healthcare professionals and their patients in accessing and using home electrotherapy solutions. The company offers TENS and NMES devices, as well as individualized support designed to promote the appropriate use of recommended solutions.

As a distributor of SET™in Central and Northern Ontario, BTG Intelligence will help bring these solutions closer to healthcare professionals in its territory and build lasting relationships with clinics and various care settings.

This local presence will enable healthcare professionals to become more familiar with the available solutions and benefit from SET™’s expertise and support when considering electrotherapy as part of their patients’ care plans.

“This collaboration with SET™directly aligns with our commitment to building connections between the needs we see in clinical practice and the resources available to patients in their daily lives,” said Marcos Rodrigues, owner of BTG Intelligence. “We want to be a resource for healthcare professionals in Central and Northern Ontario and help introduce them to solutions that can support certain patients at home when appropriate for their individual circumstances.”

Expanding the Network While Preserving a Personalized Approach

BTG Intelligence’s addition to the SET™distribution network is part of a growth strategy focused on regional partners that can provide a strong local presence and build relationships with healthcare professionals.

For SET™, however, this growth must preserve an essential element of its approach: individualized support for healthcare professionals and their patients.

“No matter where we expand our activities, we want to preserve the close relationships and quality of support that have characterized SET™ since its beginnings,” added Frederic Forget. “Our network is growing, but the way we support healthcare professionals and their patients remains at the heart of our approach.”

This new agreement with BTG Intelligence strengthens SET™’s network in Ontario and supports the continued development of its activities in Central and Northern Ontario.

<![CDATA[**WASHINGTON, D.C., June 10, 2026 —** Coinciding with the release of Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day, the International Raelian Movement is launching a worldwide campaign, “Disclosure Day – ET Embassy Month,” running from June 10 through July 11, 2026. This global initiative seeks to raise public awareness about the need for a peaceful, rational, and diplomatic response to the profound questions surrounding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), government disclosure, and the possibility of extraterrestrial contact.

While the film invites audiences to imagine humanity's reaction to an official revelation about extraterrestrial phenomena, the ET Embassy Month campaign proposes a concrete and constructive response: preparing humanity not for fear, but for dialogue, cooperation, and diplomacy.

At the heart of the campaign is the ET Embassy Project, an initiative advocating for the construction of an official embassy designed to welcome the Elohim—the extraterrestrial civilization who, according to the message transmitted to Rael, created all life on Earth. The proposed Embassy is envisioned as a place of peace, mutual respect, and cooperation between humanity and its extraterrestrial creators.

“The current global conversation surrounding UAPs, extraterrestrial life, and the release of previously classified government information suggests that humanity may soon require a peaceful, rational, and diplomatic framework for official contact with extraterrestrial civilizations,” said Daniel Turcotte, Executive Director of the ET Embassy Project. “An Embassy represents a practical solution—a place where humanity can welcome the Elohim with dignity, respect, and responsibility.”

The campaign will feature awareness videos, public outreach at cinemas screening Disclosure Day, international live events, multilingual educational content, and a major online conference culminating on ET Embassy Day, July 11.

“The real question is not only whether humanity is ready to learn that it is not alone in the universe,” added Turcotte. “The deeper question is whether humanity is prepared to respond with maturity, unity, and diplomacy. The Embassy offers a peaceful, concrete, and visionary path toward officially welcoming the Elohim.”

<![CDATA[**Montreal, March 13, 2026** — Montreal entrepreneur Jonathan Bouchard announces the launch of **The Trading Floor, a collaborative workspace located in the Griffintown district of Montreal**, designed to host a community of individuals interested in studying and analyzing financial markets.

The approximately 9,000-square-foot space can accommodate dozens of workstations equipped with multi-screen setups. The facilities also include several meeting rooms, common areas, and collaboration zones designed to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing among members.

The concept aims to bring together, within a shared working environment, individuals experienced in market analysis as well as members who wish to deepen their knowledge and exchange ideas on methods of observing and analyzing financial markets.

“The goal is to create a structured place where members can learn, share their experiences, and develop their knowledge of the markets in a collaborative environment,” says Jonathan Bouchard, entrepreneur and founder of The Trading Floor.

The space is designed to foster exchanges among members of a community interested in observing markets, analyzing trends, and sharing experiences between people who are active in — or curious about — this field. The activities offered are educational and community-oriented in nature. They do not constitute investment advice or portfolio management services.

The Trading Floor is not registered as a firm, advisor, or broker with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and does not offer regulated financial services. Participants remain responsible for their financial decisions and are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence before making any decisions related to financial markets.
