Centered on simple values such as sharing, friendship, and conviviality, Le Diner en Blanc brings together numerous enthusiasts of gastronomy, fashion, and spontaneous gatherings. This refined and festive "Dinner" is a one-of-a-kind experience. The nine previous editions have been held in prestigious locations in Quebec such as the Grand Théâtre de Québec, Quai 22 at the Port of Quebec, or the Jardin Saint-Roch. This year again, the chosen site will be grandiose and surprising, offering all participants a renewed and unique experience to mark the 10th anniversary of the event.

“A Diner en Blanc highlights the place where it is held. The concept is similar from one city to another, but it is the location that brings a different DNA, image, and color. We are proud that Le Diner en Blanc de Quebec is returning to the city's summer event scene and are happy to add our touch to celebrate this long-awaited 10th anniversary with faithful and new guests,” says Yann Latouche from EventTouch.

To preserve the unique character of Diner en Blanc, each person has a role to play and must adhere to certain requirements such as:

• Dress code: all white from head to toe. Elegance and originality are a must!

• Table decor: all white!

• To keep the location secret until the last minute, guests meet at the assigned starting point and are escorted by a Diner en Blanc volunteer.

• To ensure the event location is left as clean as when the guests arrived, each guest must leave with their belongings, leftovers, and trash.

For Quebec, tables and chairs are provided, guests must bring:

• A white tablecloth and 2 white cloth napkins.

• A picnic basket containing a quality meal, white dishware, glassware, and appropriate cutlery.

The option of a prepared meal is available for those who wish through the Diner en Blanc online store. For the August 22 event, the chefs from Les Botanistes, Chez Boulay, and Le Bedeau offer two delicious options.

• French influence event: only wine and/or champagne are allowed.
