A framework agreement for organizations that publish often

Negotiated volume, a service level commitment and a dedicated account manager.

The institutional plan is built for government bodies, municipalities, public networks, schools and large associations. Instead of a fixed rate, we set an annual agreement with you that reflects your real volume, your deadlines and your confidentiality requirements.

What the institutional plan includes

Every agreement is built from these elements. We adjust the scope, volumes and turnaround times with you before signing.

Annual framework contract

A single agreement covers all of your distributions for the year. Terms, responsibilities and renewal conditions are set once, then applied to every release.

Negotiated volume

The number of distributions covered by the contract is set with you, based on your own history. Overages are framed in advance, with no renegotiation mid-year.

Service level commitment

Processing, publishing and response times are written into the agreement. You know what to expect for a routine release as much as for an urgent one.

Dedicated account manager

One person responsible for your file, reachable directly, who knows your spokespeople, your templates and your approval constraints.

Multi-user accounts with roles

Your teams share a single organization account. Writing, approval and distribution rights are assigned by role, department by department.

Embargoed distribution

Prepare and approve a release ahead of time, then set the exact moment it goes live. The content stays inaccessible until the embargo lifts.

Urgent release handling

A procedure agreed in advance for announcements that cannot wait: named contact, response time and processing priority.

Periodic distribution reports

A summary delivered at the frequency set in the agreement: releases distributed, reach achieved and media pickup, ready to file for accountability reporting.

From the first conversation to the first release

No agreement is signed before the scope and volumes are clear on both sides.

1

Get in touch

Reach us through the form or by phone. We set a time to discuss how your organization actually works.

2

Needs assessment

We review your annual volume, your approval timelines, your language requirements and your embargo or urgent-release needs.

3

Proposal and agreement

You receive a written proposal: scope, volume, service levels and terms. It becomes the basis of the framework agreement.

4

Access activation

We open your teams' accounts, assign the roles and introduce your account manager. Your first release can go out.

Built for organizations with obligations

Organizations that communicate regularly, in both languages, with approval and accountability requirements.

Government departments and agencies

Controlled announcements, frequent embargoes, simultaneous bilingual distribution requirements and verifiable records for accountability.

Municipalities and regional counties

Public notices, council releases and project announcements, handled by small teams that need to publish quickly and often.

Education and health institutions

Several departments communicating in parallel under one institutional signature, with distinct approval roles.

Large associations and federations

Position statements, briefs and recurring campaigns that call for a distribution calendar planned a year ahead.
