INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PURPOSES
PPN Source® collects only the personal information necessary for its activities, including: your name, your email address and any contact details you voluntarily provide, as well as browsing data. to obtain, since September 22, 2024, the computerized personal information you have provided, in a structured, commonly used technological format, or to request its transfer to a third party authorized to receive it;
Right to de-indexing (right to be forgotten):
to request that PPN Source® cease disseminating a piece of personal information or de-index a hyperlink associated with your name, where the conditions provided by law are met;
Right to erasure:
to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
