Pat BBQ Lands Major Costco Deal for its Buffalo Sauce.

The new Buffalo sauce will roll out to every Costco warehouse in Quebec and the Maritimes, as well as four warehouses in the Ottawa region, starting in early 2027

L'Isle-Verte, Quebec, September 9, 2026 - Pat BBQ Inc., a Quebec company that makes barbecue sauces and spices based in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, today announced a major agreement with Costco. It is the most significant deal the company has signed since it was founded.

Under the agreement, Pat BBQ's Buffalo sauce will be available in a 1L format in every Costco warehouse in Quebec and the Maritimes, as well as in four warehouses in the Ottawa region, starting in early 2027. The expansion marks a significant increase in the brand's presence across the Costco Canada network.
